Your safety and enjoyment is our prime concern. We want to ensure that you have as much fun as you can in a safe environment. You should read the following slope conduct carefully as it is important for everyone on the slope.
All technical equipment is provided free of charge as part of your recreational session. For safety and comfort, helmets, gloves, full length trousers and long sleeve tops must be worn at all times on the slope. We advise that you dress appropriately for the weather and bring a spare change of clothes if taking part in a lesson. Head protection (PPE UIAA Standard) is available from the Rental Desk and is required for all slope users. Helmets are compulsory for all users. All customers on any activity, all freestyle users, and anyone involved in any type of racing or race training must wear a ski/snowboard approved helmet. This must fit correctly and must be fastened at all times. All instructed lessons include complimentary use of technical equipment required for your activity. This includes skis and poles, snowboards, ski/board boots, sledges, tubes and helmets, all subject to availability. You are welcome to bring your own ski/snowboard equipment but there will be no discount on stated prices if you choose to do so. For health and safety reasons, only Newmilns Snow and Sports Complex sledges may be used.
